Transfer of conveyance

Builder is not passing the Conveyance in favour of society:-
He is delaying it on the pretext that that he still has 4 Galas left to be sold & that if the Society bears the Registration free then only he will transfer the Conveyance to Society. Is he Correct in asking so???

We would be very helpful if you could guide us.

Send Legal Notice to the builder calling him to execute registered Deed of Sale,if he would not comply then file a case in Consumer Forum for deficiency of service.Alternate you can file a suit for Speific Performance of Contract in Civil Court,but best option is Consumer Forum for speedy disposal of the case.

how many flats are there in society ? has he sold other flats . issue legal notice to builder . builder is bound to execute deed of conveyancemove consumer forum fo deficency in service .

Its a commercial Property and four galas are yet to be sold.

It depends on the Terms of the agreement you have entered into with the builder.
