The civil cases can be filed and run only before the area civil court wherein cause of action had accrued to you. After reading your practical problems, we all are sympathetic towards you but the legal provision cannot be changed by us.

We can suggest you to recover maintenance allowance from your FIL as he is holding your property and is not providing it to you and your son. You can even file a petition under section 125 Criminal Procedure Code at Banglore so that your in-laws may also face some effect of your litigation. You may definitely get due maintenance allowance.

You did not give details about the cases.
If you have great difficulty inn attending the cases then you may pray for transfer through supreme court.
However the grounds you cited here are no good grounds for transfer.

Your problem can be solved by filing transfer petition in Supreme court for transferring the cases from W.B. to Karnataka (Bangalore). If you are not in a position to afford this financially, legal aid cell of Supreme Court can be approached.
