Tpyo errors in cause title

I noticed that my attorney made spelling mistake in cause title and instead of 'a' he had typed 'o'in the name. is it going to be problem and can it be corrected if required ?

hi,
it will not going to creat any big problem as it is a typoghraphical error. and u can correct it by taking out appropriate procedings, i.e chamber summons
