I want to register organization under companies 1956 act so will you confirm me the procedure how I can register with mentioned below particulars.

What the expanses will be come
What are the capital is required (current money and land)**
What are the document & affidavit needed
How much time will take to register in Delhi.
From where it will be register Domestic/High Court

I want start a business so i need to take the lenience Or approval from IDRA. There is requirement that company formed and registered under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956). so that I asked you how I can get register the company with all information about the procedure, expanses, document and from where I can get register this Domestic/High Court.
