Query 1: Is there any need to put the issue of Leaking Terrace Repairs in the Co-operative society Annual General Meeting?

Query 2: Also, in the AGM can a proposal be passed to reject such a claim of reimbursement of terrace repair expenses, when such an expediture bills are provided to the AGM?

depends on bye laws of CHS.

if total expenditure to be incurred exceeds Rs 50,000 approval of AGM would be necessary . obtain authorisation from AGM for carrying out repirs , to invite quotations and to award contract . then only get work done of repirs to terrace

Does the above said Rs. 50,000 includes the terrace repair expense of my neigbours as well. Or only my expense should not exceed Rs. 50,000.

total expenses of terrace repairs . MC cannot spend more than RS 50,000 without prior approval of AGM
