As per section 288(2)(iii)of Income Tax Act 1961, you can appear before Income tax authorities on behaf of your clients.

In law graduate, TRP,CA, Commerce or Economic Gaduate can register in form 139 to the Chief Commissioner as Auhthorised Tax Practioenrs.Representative serivce need no required special Chatered from Law.
