Thanks for ypur overwhemling response.
my doubt is according to tamilnadu rent control act notify the section 9 refers the dispute raises between to tenant and owner. the rent will be dposited to the rent controller or authroity. in this corcumstances the tamilnadu government as defined the meaning of authority as the collector of corporations and district level as revenue divisional officer and G.O.Passed as per the direction of the highcourt of judicature.
here the G.O was questioned whether it was valid or not.any citations from Madras High court.
