Pl.let me know the supreme court hall procedure to attend as a petitioner in person,i.e, at the time of hearing filed petitions in the Justice chambers...

Yes! It is very much possible for a person to appear in person or appoint a non advocate to plead his case before Supreme court or if he doesn't have resources he can take assistance of an advocate for no or nominal fee to represent his case before the Apex court from Supreme court Legal Aid committee.

No Non Advocates are entitled to represent any cases in any courts except in Consumer Forums. The Petitioner Or Respondent could appear as Party in Person in their Own cases in any Court including Supreme Court.other than that No Non Advocate could represent the cases on behalf of any one. Except Learned Advocates
