I have stay orders in my hand , can stil the other party ask me for possession of my poroperty in wich i am staying

If it is stay like status -quo issued by the court, then both the parties are bound to remains as it is, no party can alter the facts and circumstances of subject matter. Neither party has to do any harm/damages to each other. Both parties are abstained to do any thing till the stay is not vacated by the court.

Generally possession cannot be disturbed if stay order is in operation but still you need to post clear facts leading to your issue so that definite reply may be given.
