Srs scheme redevelopment project

Building is SRS Scheme redevelopment project.

Builder had shown IOA ,CC,Title report,BMC approval document .

But if i want to check whether all the tenant is aggree with proposal and ready to shift . how can i check .

Is there any document needs to check with builder.

Builder is reputed and done good project till and sale team company is also good reputed company.

You can demand such approval of the tenants from the builder or can personally enquire from the tenants. There is no specific document for this purpose.

if it is SRA project ceck the approval given By SRA . it must be mentioning all details like number of eligible tenants , number of tenants who have given approval

Can check from Bandra Collector Office SRA Dept, They will provide entire SRA Copy on paying their fees.
