Sra property

I have been cheated by the person who sold me SRA flat. he took disadvantage of my belief. I was unware of the market rate of the slum at sewri in 2010. he was one of our acquaintance so I trusted him. he gave all the documents duely signed by him and the lawyer. I was 3rd party i.e 2 times the slum was sold before coming to me but the date difference was of 15/30 days between the chain of sale. he took 1400000/- from me gave the agreement of 1200000/- whereas after few days I got to know that the slum was just 700000/-worth. above that the relative of the first seller has also claim on the slum. this point was hidden from me by all the sellers. but I had the possession documents with me. when the builder came for redevelopement. he with the association of the committee members call me and said that I was legally the owner of the slum and the relative of the first seller is rejected by the BMC authority. so take all your saturate rent chques and also the agreement and give the possession for redeveloping. first I gave lawyer's notice where in it was mention and agreed by the builder that he will pay me the rent and give the agreement.first he took the possession but gave me just 1/4th of the rent. and denied to give me the agreement. when I ask him the reason for cheating me he said that he will manage the authorities like police and court by using his money power and he will launch complaint against me in police station that the 1/4th of the amount that he gave in chq form was stolen by me. builder took the possession on apr2013 till date he has not given anything, above that he said why did you trust me. that I was fool to trust him and he will take full advantage of it. and that the relative of the first seller is beneficiary and not me. when I ask to show her documents he deined. I do not know how could I clear this mess and seek justice. please help.

In general you can lodge complaint with police about cheating.

The experts have asked you to give some details but you have repeated your query once again in the next post after one day without any detail. Hope you have engaged a lawyer for the purpose, what is his opinion to this?, how did you give Rs. 14,00,000/- by cheque or by cash and o whom did you give the cheque?, was there any agreement registered between you and the builder?, Did you approach the police or court so far?, what is the present status?, you cannot remain silent after all these melee, so give us some details so that you can get some useful guidance to tide over your crisis.

Thank you sir T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate , I paid to the seller Mr. H.Jadhav (1st buyer and he purchased from the owner mrs. patel) Rs.600000/-through cheque and Rs.800000/- through cash.At that time the redevelopment was not started. Than after few days I came to know as the property is in SRA scheme the relative of the original owner is also claiming it through court. the relative is not approved as the owner of the property but the committee members said they will consider only after court's judgement who the legal owner is. But it came to my knowledge that the builder and the committee members wanted to claim the room for their illegal gain. and so they planned with the help of the relative to create the mess. I wanted to know which ipcodes can I file against them as I can't afford lawyers fees. My investment is exhausted. the builder with the help of committee members cheated with the conspiracy.
