What is speaking order ? Why it is given without the presence of affected party, even if he is sick and going to the Hospital ?

Speaking order is an order which specifies the disspute the alleation made the counter to allegation and the reaaons for not agreeing with the counter.

This definiation is not conclusive

"Speaking Order" means, on a mere perusal, springs to to one's mind as being erroneous and does not require a careful and elaborate argument to establish that there has been an error of Law or error apparent on the face of the record.
