Society maintenance issue

Sir some members in our society do not pay their maintenance charge on time. Is ther is any way so that they were advice to pay it in time?

The questions raised by you are really basic and it would have been appreciated it this was from a layman and not from a lawyer.
The answer is very simple that you the bye-laws would clearly guide you what is to be done in this, you dont you look into the bye-laws before shooting query here.
