There is a transfer of flat from my mother name to my name(son) with Gift deed, now society demands Apendix 20 (1,2) 21/22 and 23 along with gift deed,
is it mandatory?

Contents of appendix are required to be perused, however, it is a procedural query which can be sorted out by author and management.
