Enquiry and penalty order quashed by single judge. Bank has filed appeal for re enquiry from the stage vitiated which is pending. Meantime it is learnt that after showcause notice Disciplinary Authority proposed minor penalty charge sheet but vigilance department has advised to issue major penalty charge sheet. The correspondence sought under RTI which bank refused to give. Hence second appeal under rti filed which is pending. If those documents received then should I file review petition to finally adjudicate the matter or any other remedy.
