She not appeared for any hearing at all during maintenance appeal

Dear Experts,

I appealed against maintenance amount ordered during DVC. It is now 10 months and she did not appeare for single hearing. Judge is giving dates every month and no action taken yet.

My question is what are my options available in this case?

draw attention of the court that for last 10 dates wife is not appearing . request court to hear aapeal on merits as wife is not interested as she has not attended on a single date

u keep on attending the dates of ur appeal

and get it allowed by court because if u do not appear even for a single date court will dismiss ur appeal and then nothing is going to happen in ur favour.
