Respected Learn Advocate….

My Friend Grand Father died without making a WILL his LR`s are as follows
1st wife 1 son (My friend) and 2nd wife 2 sons, he is a Hindu in religion. (both 1 & 2nd wife are also died), Now my question how the property will divided among the LR`s.

1st wife son get half of the property or 1/3 property.

The First wife is the first person to died (Before 1970-71) and then the Grand father died and his 2nd wife died (After and 2000-01) After the death of first wife he married to second wife.
