Dear Lawyers,how much share my wife can claim in my and my parents property before/after divorce on mutual consent.

She is still your wife.

Wife has no forced share in husband's self acquired/earned property.


Wife is not coparcener in ancestral property.


The court can consider your estate, earning,paying capacity.

She can claim only as per Mutual Consent Divorce terms.

While taking divorce she can put such condition for share in property or permanent alimony .
