Share certificate transfer

(Querist) 13 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I purchased shop in July, 2010. I Pay 25000 as a share certificat transfer fees to society in oct. 2010. & also submit all document whichever demand by society. Society pass the resolvation in August 2012 in AGM. but still i m not receive my share certificate. Society Secertary not co operate with me.
