can anyone tell procedure for compounding, compromising under Crpc 320 from both side

if the offence is compoundable and specified under u/s 320 of Cr P C to be compoundable, then only the compounding of an offence is permissible. In the event if it is so, prefer a joint application facts for compounding the application. Court after considering the same shall grant permission for compounding of offence and pass final orders on the same.
