Seeking for divorce

I got married 4 months back, the day when I got married my husband and his family started torturing me for small things, to ask this my parents have come, my husband & my in-laws insulated & they did physical abuse on them. After this I started staying at my parents house. I have approached him many times to live once again but he provoked me to abuse him, he has all recordings of this & he is threatening me with this. I want to know what are the steps I can take in this situation.

before filing divorce, you can send legal notice for separation of matrimonial life, if not come then you will file as your wishes, where are you from ?

Just 4 months of marriage,differences cropping up.misunderstandings,ego's engulfing the marital life.PITY.Though not irretrievable break up can be repaired with proper mediation.As per UR query I am not supporting UR matrimonial household,but not fit for a separation so early.

U have wrongly titled UR query as "SEEKING DIVORCE".That means the idea of getting separated is already in UR mind.hence think twice before U leap.
