Hello,

I was hit publicly by Local Criminal. I have file a police complain. Sec 324 etc. They got bail. I want my Complaint no. and The status for the Case and all the Statments Collected by Police and submmited in Court. who do I obtain the Information?

For the complaint/FIR you should approach the Police station where the complaint was lodged and registered. You will get the same at free of cost.

Mr. Vaibhav u may apply for the afore said requisite documents by making an application under Right to Information Act which is very effective.

If final charge sheet has been filed then all documents can be procured from court.

you can apply a folio to obtain a certified copy of ur complaint and statements and u wl get the same or you can obtain FIR from Police Station free of cost.

Everything u will get in the court, you have to file an application for certified copy with an affidavit. U can also get the true copies of the doucments in the superintendent of police of your dist., by filing a challan in the name of govt.,they will supply the true copies of the same.
If charge sheet is filed then only u will get the statment of wittnesses and other doucments, otherwise you will get only FIR and complaint copy.

If the charge sheet is filed in the court. you can obtain every copy of these ducument from court with an application and copying ticket. Or if the charge sheet is not filed you can obtained these document under the right to information act from police station.
