(Querist) 07 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
when the Investigation officer filed final charge sheet in the court against one accused and mentioned in the charge sheet about co-accused that prosecution sanction denied by competent authority. whether investigation agency can take decision for pending investigation U/S 173(8) CRPC ? If no, please provide supreme court or high court decisions with citations.
