Sir,
Advocates are officers of the court / Regulators and Guardian of law.
However, some of them under pressure/money/greediness join the opposite party and try to overpower the litigant's mentally using dirty tactics which can be deterrent to one's health.

no advocate will stoop to such level to release gas in room through ac blower to force his client to agree to compromise . it is your call whether you want to settle the case or not . lawyers can only suggest ultimate decision is yours

Being a cautious and an intelligent person yourself, you could have taken a legal action on such issues if you suspected a foul play by complaining in the bar association against the advocates or making a criminal complaint with police for the security of life in the hands of so called criminals. Better change the lawyer and look for some other person who do not have any connection with the so called erring lawyers.
