A Has a house in mhada colony and is dead but family want to Transfer the house to their mother and ready to sign on any paper. what are the procedure they have to follow

Hello,

If the flat is restricted to transfer then transferring property by D's family is not possible. MHADA will not recognise these illegal transactions. Vist local advocate and consult with him.

Legally D or his family has no title in the property.

From the very beginning flat has been transferred illegally.Now after death of "D" further transfer is not possible.

I opine, You posted that "A has a house in MHADA colony and A has dead". so all the legal heirs of A may execute a release deed in favour of the mother.
