Sale deeds and their formats

hi sir, i am from andhra pradesh.I am having four sisters and i am the only son to my parents.My father got some ancestrol property.All My sisters are married including myself.My father unnecessarily selling the property and spending the money for his various personal things.Even my father registered some property to my sisters .Again our sisters are asking some more property.Its not fair to me.so what type of deeds should be executed so that my sisters do not have rights in our property in future and second thing is ,i want to execute a deed so that my father cannot sale the property unnecessarily and i want to put entire property in joint (myself & my father)...so that he could not sell the property without my permission.So i want to execute two deeds.one is for my sisters and second is for my father.My query is ,could i execute such deeds,if yes ....what type of deeds are to be executed and please give their formats.

You being the co-parcener you have got share in the share of your father. Your father can sell the property to the extent of his share. Instead of going for the sale deed, you file suit for partition claiming your share. Your father may come for the compromise.
