i have purchased agri land and got sale deed registerd but not paid amount, can seller get it cancelled

Sale is not valid if no consideration/sale price passes on to the seller.

Once you had registered your sale deed in the sub registrar office then the seller will unable to Cancel it , because before registration sub registrar asks the seller has he got the payment of his land if he says yes only then he permits to register the sale deed .

Whether any clause / condition of future /pending payment is mentioned in the sale deed.

In absence of such a clause and agreed before the registrar that payment has been paid by purchaser and received by seller, the deed can not be cancelled.

Though legally he cannot get the registered sale deed cancelled, he may opt for other legal actions against you namely, cheating. It is better you settle by paying him the consideration amount immediately, it is your moral duty as well.
