Sale deed cancel

Hi,

My father had farm land property in tumkur and he tried to sell this property to buyer in 2014 nad he made sale deed agreement on it, and buyer details is showing in EC but not in RTC. Presently my father and mother is no more. There is note in sale deed saying once issue with karab jamin is resolved then will make complete registration.

I want to know can I cancel this sale deed agreement

What are the terms and conditions of the sale agreement? If the buyer agrees to cancel it, then the buyer also shall sign in the cancellation deed with other legal heirs of your father. Show the sale agreement to a local lawyer in your area for guidance.

In the given facts and circumstances the agreement to sell stated to have been executed by your father (since deceased) has become redundant and invalid .

Show the document of "Agreement to sell" to a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses, opinion and advise.
