151 CAN BE FILED AS INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATION IN WRIT OR ANY OTHER PETITION.where there si no provsison of filing under law

226/227 can be filed for the enforcement of fundamental rights by the way of writ or against the orders paased by Tribunals/Courts
