I want to start a finance company in bangalore. I want to know the terms and conditions, Rules and relugations to run the company.
If any book is available then i prefer to buy it.

please guide me.

Visit any book store, you would find books on RBI, SEBI, IRDA , Banking Regulations Act etc.

Obtain the permission of RBI as NBFC cant be started legally without its written permission.
