Rti to find wife name in her late fathers pension record

Dear Sir
Is it possible to file rti, to find whether wife name ( divorce not given) included in the family pension of her Late fathers pension records?
if yes then where to file rti a) in the treasury office where her mother ppo id is connected or b) in the office where her father last worked? (I dont know his employee number)
I need to find as I am paying maintenance to her in DVC.

Even if her father mentioned her name in his pension records, after her marriage she cannot be dependent and she cannot claim the pension.

you can try RTI to get copy of PPO.

Submit application to the department / SPIO where ever her father was working at the time of his retirement, which you did not mention.

Yes, you may apply to Treasury Office

No point is submitting application for unknown employee.
Facts posted are not clear.

Married daughter will not be a dependent for receiving family pension and by dafault to mother. So before seeking RTI info. see its usefulness and approach his last employer where he retired.

Even after she filed cases on husband and she is married in the documents of court and court files are not connected to the revenue/pension office.
(a) Whether revenue officer can trace these things in his system and find his daughter's present marital status?

divorced daughter has a right to inclusion of name in PPO but her right to pension starts in case both father and mother have died. rules do not discuss about the grant of maintenance from ex-husband.
