Can we able to get the information of client registered address and abroad address registered with Passport office under R.T.I Act?

If yes, can it be made at Mumbai office where place of issue of passport is at Ahmedabad ?

you can file RTI application, your information query is private, so once get consent with the concern person then only provided

If the information in respect of getting address of a person is involved with larger public interest then only the same will be considered
