Dear Sir,
I am at present working in a reputed school as a TGT(Science)teacher.
Before my present job I was working in a minority school established by the Sikh community. In my previous school I was supposed to get arrear dues. But the Headmaster of the school never cooperated with me and have not taken any initiative till date inspite of several reminders and requests and later on RTI was also done. But I was told by the Committee and the Headmaster that they are not answwerable to my RTI.Already three years have passed. Please suggest what should I do?

This is not a RTI matter,RTI is not coverage of any private school. You can lodge a omplaint to the Educatuion Department in your State Govt.against the said school.

Give a legal notice to the management and then file a suit for recovery in the proper court of law.
