my wife has put maintenance case against me and she is an agent with co like Mway which gives comm for making new agents and for selling their products.

Can I get the details under RTI from private co to enquire that whether she is reg with them as agent and how much comm she has earned till date.

If yes, then what is the procedure.

Private company doesn't come purview of the RTI Act, So you can't take information.

RTI is not applicable therein but you can summon entire record in your evidence.
