Revoke from suspension under 498a

i am ap state govt.employ in education department. i have been imprisoned under 498a for more than 48 hrs.i got bail after a week and joined my duty.after one month police have sent my remand report to D.E.O.who in return suspended me from the date of my imprisonment until all termination of all proceedings relating to the criminal charges. what can i do now to revoke my suspension? plz advice

it means you are also guilty of not informing the department about the arrest and bail. Disciplinary action can also be taken against you for this regardless facts of 498a case.

Disciplinary action can also be taken against your IO for illegal connivance as he has failed to promptly report arrest to your department.

each suspension if not reviewed within 3 months is null and void.

It is on discretion of your employer to revoke the suspension or it.
Such order of your employer is however is subject to Judicial review.

Go through your service rules in the matter and proceed accordingly.

In deemed suspension cases in case of police or judicial custody, either your honourable acquittance from the court of law, or no objection from the police about revokation of your suspension can help you.

I further add that if the suspension (or deemed suspension) is not reviewed for more than 90 days the same lapses.
