Revision of will

(Querist) 13 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
My old father has made a will to facilitate his sons/daughters to have share in his property.The will is registered.Now he wants to make a fresh will revising the previous one.How DEREGISTRATION of the previously registered wll can be done.Moreover he is very old.So whether writing a fresh will on PLAIN PAPER supported by two witnesses will serve the purpose or fresh REGISTRATION of the new will has to be made.Probaly subsequent Will shall SUPERSEDE the previous one.

It is always better to get the new Will registered stating that the earlier will is revoked.
