Please advise how original documents submitted in the court at the time of evidence can be taken back from the court and what is the procedure for that.

only after trial is completed . you cna make application to court for retrun of original documents submit xerox copies of said documents duy attested by advocate as true copies

Wisely advised.
Better would be to apply for certified copies,once issued, file them with an application for return of original with undertaking to produce them as and when required,original can not be claimed back from court as of right till dispute is not finalized.
