If the same is for 11 months then its registration is not mandatory.

Registration of rent agreement is mandatory if it is for one or more than one year.

without registration rent agreement is valid or not ?
ANS.Those made for a period of less than a year are valid BUT THOSE MADE FOR A PERIOD MORE THAN A YEAR ARE INVALID.
