Remand -conditional bail

Based on my 498A, 406 complaint, my husband was remannded and now he s in Conditional bail..
They promisd me to offer my jewels wen he s in jail.
Now thy r tellin thy cant give t back.
And seems that my husbadn has nt signed even one day in the station since he s in conditional bail. Police peopl informd me.
whether the Remand again is possible?

you have to inform the court that contrary to undertaking given of returning my streedhan the husband has failed to comply with said orders . in addition he has failed to attend police station in contavention of ordrs passed

Bail once granted is hardly cancelled and that too on the ground mentioned by you.
You rather put objection for confirming the bail till the stridhan articles are given back to you.

Bail can be cancelled only on flouting conditions and not on not fulfilling any promises.

In the court you are represented by Assistant Public Prosecutor. You have to inform the violation of bail conditions by your husband to APP and request him to file an application before the court to cancel the bail.

Not signing in the police station amounts to violation of bail conditions.
