A release deed issued to me by my mother and my sisters without mentioning the survey no of my fathers properties in the year 2017 on Rs 25000 stamp paper. While transferring my name in the patta the Dy tahsildar informed me it is not a valid document and it is a forged one,and also ec is not reflecting by using the doc no.pl confirm me whether such registeration is possible during the year 2017, in tamil nadu ,in such a situation how can i solve my problem .

Did you ask the Dy. Tahsildar, how can he say that it is forged as the document was executed by your mother and sister? Do you know whether they are signed in the document? If they really executed the release deed in your favour, now they can rectify the mistake by executing a Rectification Deed. However, obtain a copy of the document and EC for 30 years from the Sub Registrar concerned and show these to a reputed advocate of your area for guidance.

Whether the release deed was written on a stamp paper of Rs. 2500/- as stated by you?

It is written on a stamp paper of Rs 25000, THe EC is not generated by using doc no,that is why the Dy Tahsildar saying it is invalid and forged, my sisters husband with a help of document writter and a lawyer deliberately did this.hence rectification deed is not possible.before issuing a legal notice i want to confirm such a document without survey no can be registered in the year2017.pl confirm

You strongly believe that the document is forged, with all the proves, you have to file a suit in the District Court concerned for cancellation of the deed.
