Dear Mr.Sudhir,

my cousin is working company, his company has introduced Mediclaim where 85 years parents are also can be included in it. when he asked to provide such mediclaim to my sister the company ask the proof of brother and sister, as my sister is married in ration card his name is transferred , so do not have any thing to prove.

Birth certificates, school certificates, PAN Cards, duly sworn affidavits, old ration cards etc. may be produced in the given matter.

It shall be better to enquire from the company whether a married sister is also entitled to avail such benefit or not.

If it is the policy of the company to include married sister then they may be having some norms to verify the same.
