Dear Sir, I am from Gujarat Rajkot district. We have agricultural land in Partnership. Partnership deed was made before 15years. We are 20 percent partner as per deed. But the main owner of the whole of the agricultural land is one of the Partner who is Khatedar. Here Khatedar means a person who is Khatedar can only purchase Agricultural Land. A person who is not Khatedar cannot purchase Agricultural Land. We are partner but not owner of the Land. As per Partnership deed we are 20 percent partner. Now Person who is Khatedar selling this land without any consent with us or without asking us and he has no intention to give any money. Can we make appeal for stay order as per law? Can we claim money as per deed? Kindly give your suggestion.

Unfortunately he is aware of his title but you are not aware of the kind of value your deed has?
Hope are less for you in my guess,however for a definite opinion visit a revenue lawyer locally to get examined your so called useless partnership deed .

It shall be better to take the services of the local lawyer with all the material documents.
