1) my client has run out of limitation period and failed to register under registration act provisions.( 4 months + 4 months with penalty )

2) the same has happened as the case was was filed for excess amount of stamping discovered and decision was pending

3)is der any way dis document can be registered?

could you enlighten me how as the limitation period has run its course ......da salecertificate was dated 30.09.2009 and case filed in appeal before assistant collector of stamps

isnt 8 months the maximum time period prescribed or der can be exceptions???

Check local stamp act, it differs from state to state.

Who told that there is law for the registration of sale certificate?
