Registered sale agreement

sir ,i had entered into a sale agreement for total consideration of rs 40 lacs for a property in banglore with rohit sharma.for this he had pd me rs 800000 lacs as advance by cheque which is also mentioned in the registered sale agreement {also received by me}.
now this person had taken two signatures on backside of the registered sale deed with fraudelent intentions.
now sharma has filled that he has paid 15lacs by way of cash on 12/5 & another 10 lacs on 25/6 respectively which i havent received at all.now i have got a legal notice to take 7 lacs ®ister the property to him.please help me what to do iam in serious trouble because of this mistake........kindly help me out......

some times you are saying that it is a "sale agreement" and some times you are saying that it is "sale deed". It is a confusion. And with regard to payments of Rs.15 Lakhs and 10 Lakhs, if you are denying, Mr. Sharma has to prove.Mr.Sharma has already issued a legal notice in this regard, you sent a reply through an advocate.
