regarding sale-deed

when the sale-deed can be challanged in court?when the consideration amount has been paid and accepted by the vendors and then after 6 years if they challange the sale-deed whether court will consider such suit?pls.advise

It is time barred suit. Suit cannot be filed after 6 years.

prescribed time of limitation is 3 years from the date of knowledge of ground on which it is sought to be cancelled.

I find it strange, that the querist is not even answers if any information is sought. But they want the answer to their query. Quite strange.
