Regarding resale flat/duplex

respected sir, i am shiv kumar rao, serving as deputy commandant in crpf and planning to buy a resale flat/duplex in ansal's shushant golf city lucknow. since i am presently posted in manipur and it is not practically possible for me to go through every technical details on ground and moreover it is my first experience in property matters, kindly advise me for all possible checkouts so the i can handle it in a better way.

You have to take help of a lawyer. You can bring the documents to Manipur also to get those checked by lawyers there or take help of a Lucknow lawyer.

you need to contact a local lawyer . check whether seller has all original documents . check whether all maintenance dues are paid or not
