Regarding maintenance case

I live in north 24 pgns & PS-nimta. Where I can file 125 maintenance case- barrackpore court? Can I file it in sealdah court?

Please state clear material facts.

Maintenance case can be filed from any place where marriage took place, where both lived, from place where the wife is living etc.

It is advisable to discuss with local lawyer.
