Sir i want to file discharge petition during framing of charges in 498a case.
Whether there will be any argument of opposite party during framing of charges.

Main argument of prosecution will be based on the material placed by them along with charge sheet,
supports that accused had committed offence.

Prosecution would argue on the charges and against discharge. Quashing possible at High Court.

Of course the Court shall consider the averments of both the parties, especially prosecution side, as FIR has been registered.
