my wife had made false and fabricated case aganist me and my family. Now she is telling me she wants to come back.
Please guide me, whether i should her to my own home or to take her in a seperated rented accomodation outside home.

its depend on you and your family members, if they are ready to accept her and your wife also has no objection to live with her then no need to go any where but if there is some dispute or mentally differences then other accommodation(Rented)will be batter for future.

The decision depends upon you, your family and your wife whether to live to gather or separately. She has filed criminal case. First ask her to settle the case(s). Better live separate because in some cases after living to gather with family for some time, new cases are filed.

stay in separate rented accomodation if wife is willing to with draw all cases filed by her against you and your family members
