My friend’s neighbor house his neighbor plant Peepal Tree. And neighbor is not ready to transfer Peepal Tree elsewhere. Is there any legal provision which forbidden to grow Peepal Tree near the house ?

there is no law you cannot have a particular tree or you can have.

unless you prove what nuisance the tree created, i doubt whether you could get court redress.

sorry no case exists with your friend on peepal tree

You perhaps do not know that Pepal tree is revered and forceful removal can hurt national feeling. Hindu laborer (though poor) usually do not undertake this job.
